Due to continued expansion we are looking for a professional and productive Contact Centre Advisor to work within our existing customer service team based in Sandyford. We are looking for an individual that has experience in optimising the customer experience through inbound and outbound calls within a busy contact centre environment.

We are looking for a self-starter, who is performance driven and customer focused. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and an ability to balance high call volumes and customer service excellence.

The role will be based within the Contact Centre reporting to the Contact Centre Manager. As a key point of contact within the business for the customer this is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in a successful and expanding environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inbound and outbound call activity with our existing customers
  • To help deliver customer satisfaction scores in line with Volkswagen and Frank Keane Group standards. 
  • To identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through an evidence based approach to blockage identification.
  • Promote the sale of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by understanding the vehicle and associated service requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of telesales/customer service experience, ideally in a contact centre environment (not industry specific).
  • Excellent customer service skills, professional appearance and work ethic.
  • Ability to upsell from a core product base.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

The ideal candidates will be based in our  Liffey Valley dealership, experienced in all aspects of vehicle servicing and diagnostics and be capable of producing high quality work in a busy environment.  

Responsibilities include:

  • Performing work as outlined on the job card with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and Volkswagen standards.
  • Communicating with parts department to obtain needed parts, inform workshop manager if vehicle is awaiting parts and pursue special order of parts if necessary.
  • Diagnosing cause of any malfunction and perform repair after confirming authorization by customer.
  • Saving and tagging any and all parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by customer.
  • Examining the vehicle and performing vehicle health checks to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Notifying service advisors immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs can not be completed within the time promised.
  • Road-testing vehicles to spot check work performed.
  • Keeping abreast of Volkswagen technical bulletins and attend factory sponsored training classes.
  • Maintaining a clean and neat workspace and adhering to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

Requirements

  • Qualified technician, ideally working with a Volkswagen Group brand, however not completely necessary.
  • Ability to clearly complete job card write ups with a thorough understanding of the requirements of factory standards for warranty write-ups.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to identify and explain additional work required to service advisors or customers as required.
  • Previous experience on engine/transmission repairs/rebuild/replacement would be an advantage.
  • Full valid Drivers Licence is required for this role.

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the finance team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accounting to develop their skills within the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies and ensure proper documentation and authorisation of transactions.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Reconciling & allocation of direct debits and incoming payments through the bank
  • Posting daily bank card transactions
  • Circulate weekly working capital schedules
  • Support the accounts payable / receivable functions
  • Ad hoc duties as required by the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, however not essential.
  • Previous experience in accounting or finance role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • A passion for the automotive industry and willingness to learn.
