We are seeking an Experienced Car Sales Executive to join our Sales Team in our new Volkswagen Dealership Sandyford. We have recently opened a brand new state of the art Dealership on Furze Road and are in the process of scaling the business to meet the needs of our customers. Reporting to the Head of Sales this is an exciting and challenging role at a time where Volkswagen is bringing many new and ground-breaking models to the Irish market. 

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for customer care and distinctly have a natural ability to sell. With a demonstrable track record of success in the motor industry you will avail of a commensurate financial package which will be above all. At Frank Keane Volkswagen we genuinely believe that sales people's time should be spent selling so an excellent support network is in place onsite to manage non-selling tasks such as handovers, F&I, used car valuations and administration. 


Key Objectives:

  • Be able to confidently demonstrate the Volkswagen Passenger Car products to prospective customers in a friendly, non-pressurised way. An ability to understand new automotive technology and explain these features to customers in simple & practical terms is our goal.
  • Use digital tools to receive and follow-up on enquiries and support our paperless deal processing.
  • Offer advice to customers based on their needs to assist them on their purchasing journey.
  • Ensure all customers receive a premium brand experience in line with Frank Keane values.
  • Practice the key steps of the Sales Process.

Main Duties:

  • Keeping up to date with the latest product information and filter this to our Sales Team.
  • Continued learning through internal and manufacturer training portal courses.
  • Utilise the Frank Keane Virtual sales platforms to engage with and follow-up our customers from initial enquiry stage to delivery of their new Volkswagen.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets, along with manufacturer objectives in relation to customer satisfaction and other KPIs
  • Selling appropriate ancillary products relevant to the vehicle and customer

Aftersales/Service Manager, Liffey Valley

Position Overview

As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and delivering an exceptional after-sales experience to our customers. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the after-sales process, including service operations, customer satisfaction, and team management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate service operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer vehicles.
  • Schedule loading, allocate resources, and manage service advisors and technicians to maximise productivity and minimise turnaround times.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and dealership policies..

Service Operations Management:

  • Champion a customer-centric approach and strive to exceed customer expectations at every touchpoint.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement initiatives to enhance service quality and satisfaction levels.

Customer Satisfaction:

  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff.

Team Management:

Financial Performance:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field is preferred, however not essential.
  • Proven experience in automotive after-sales management, dealing with a high-volume brand is essential, preferably in a dealership environment,
  • Strong understanding of automotive service operations, including technical knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a track record of building long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in dealership management software (Keyloop preferrable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement.

Contact Centre Advisor, Sandyford

Due to continued expansion we are looking for a talented contact centre agent to work within our existing customer service team based in Sandyford. We are looking for an individual that has experience in optimising the customer experience through inbound / outbound calls, including up-selling warm leads in a busy contact centre environment.

We are looking for a self-starter, who is performance driven and customer focused. The successful candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills and an ability to balance high call volumes and customer service excellence.

The role will be based within the Contact Centre reporting to the Contact Centre Manager. As a key point of contact within the business for the customer this is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in a successful and expanding environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with outbound call activity to our existing customers and also assist with inbound overflow support.
  • To help deliver customer satisfaction scores in line with Volkswagen and Frank Keane Group standards. 
  • To identify opportunities to improve the customer experience through an evidence based approach to blockage identification.
  • Maximise the potential within our existing customer base to pro-actively sell from our range of products.

Due to increased demand from our customers Frank Keane Volkswagen are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor for an immediate start in our Dealership in Sandyford. Reporting to the Service Manager, this important and demanding role is critical to the smooth running of our Aftersales Department as we strive for a 5-Star Service for our customers along their journey. 


Job Summary: As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the servicing and maintenance needs of our customers. You will act as a liaison between our customers and the service department to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers, understand their service needs and provide recommendations based on the manufacturer's guidelines and the vehicle's condition.
  • Service Recommendations: Communicate vehicle issues and service recommendations to customers, including required repairs, preventive maintenance, and suggested services.
  • Service Scheduling: Schedule service appointments and manage loan vehicles, if necessary, to accommodate customer needs and dealership capacity.
  • Service Estimates: Provide customers with accurate and transparent cost estimates for service and repairs, including parts, labour, and potential additional charges.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct vehicle inspections and document the condition of the customer's vehicle. Share findings with customers and prioritise necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Communication: Keep customers informed of the progress of their service or repair work, including any unexpected delays or additional repairs required.
  • Parts Ordering: Order necessary parts and materials to ensure timely completion of service or repair jobs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is desirable.
  • CDK / Keyloop (Kerridge) experience is advantageous.

Apprentice Motor Technicians - 1st, 2nd & 3rd Years, Sandyford

Frank Keane Volkswagen are looking to recruit an apprentice automotive technician (mechanic) to join our state of the art Volkswagen service facilities in Sandyford, South Dublin. This application is open to 1st , 2nd & 3rd year apprentices. 

Job Summary: As an Apprentice Mechanic, you will be involved in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a proficient automotive technician. Under the guidance of experienced mechanics, you will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of vehicles. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive repair environment alongside VW manufacture training and the Solas apprenticeship program. 

Key Responsibilities:

Learning and Development:

  • Participate actively in training sessions and on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Acquire knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, steering, suspension, and electrical components.
  • Understand the proper usage of diagnostic tools and equipment.
