Position Overview
As an Apprentice Mechanic, you will be involved in a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a proficient automotive technician. Under the guidance of experienced mechanics, you will learn to diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of vehicles. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive repair environment as well manufacturer face to face training in Volkswagen Ireland Training Academy.

Career Path: Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship program, you will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time automotive technician role with increased responsibilities and compensation.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this important and demanding role is critical to the smooth running of our Aftersales Department as we strive for a 5-Star Service for our customers along their journey.

As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the servicing and maintenance needs of our customers. You will act as a liaison between our customers and the service department to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
